We are delighted to announce we are strengthening our Support Team. Ryan Bagley has joined us as a Software Apprentice to help boost our support operations. Working alongside the current support team he will be on the end of the telephone and email to help our clients with their daily queries.
Ryan has a keen interest in helping people get to grips with software projects. With the addition of him to our team we will be able to offer further support in areas related to website design, ongoing website support, software rollouts, testing and monitoring. Over the next few months, Ryan will be getting up to speed with the systems we use and understanding the needs of all our clients. He will bring best practices for software development culture to Brash solutions as we continue to expand the support offerings to all our clients.
Ryan’s passion for IT developed early in his school life. After his studies Ryan went onto complete an apprenticeship in IT and Software Development at Level 3. Upon completion of his apprenticeship Ryan was offered a full-time role as a Junior Developer at his previous employment. Now it is time for Ryan to further develop his skills and keep us all up to date with the latest changes in technology.
