Richard is Brash Solutions’ founder and Director, but really his active day role is as a project manager, somehow managing multiple client projects with such excellence they wish he could do more for them. This is all balanced with managing his family, the local scouting group and his many mountain bikes, which he uses to carves down the paths on his way into work most mornings.

Matt has studied IT, worked in IT and researched IT for 20 years, yet has no idea why computers don’t work when you really need them. Passionate about helping, explaining and teaching people in a non-technical way, taking time to explain things and understanding the end user and end business are critical to providing IT support that is useful, relatable and fun.

Chris can talk to you about anything, and your challenge will be to find something he can’t talk to you about. Each day we spend time persuading Chris to down his tools and take a well deserved break from the support desk, as he is usually too keen to go above and beyond the call for any of our clients.

James is aa Apprentice IT Support Technician. A lover of cars, an avid skier and great at customer service James is here to help our clients with their queries in a non-jargon way.

Our super helpful Apprentice IT Support Technician, Luke joined Brash in 2023 to help on our Customer Support. A great communicator Luke loves nothing better in his spare time than to use his communication skills as a pet whisperer looking after friends dogs.
