If you purchase specific support for an office printer, we will:
- manage the printer’s interface
- setup scanning
- add/change staff members as required
- troubleshoot error messages
- call and arrange engineer visits on your behalf
It is not possible to know every printer make and model, so we will work with the printer provider and are happy to carry out the technical conversations required with the engineers on your behalf.
