Over the course of 2022 we will be launching a selection of new initiatives in order to fully communicate with our customers and understand what you want from us. Our goal is to understand your needs and ensure we interact at the right level, improving the way our technicians deal with your problems.
We can’t do this on our own though. So there will be times when we will ask for your feedback. If you can identify areas where we can improve or if there are occasions where we have not met with your expectations please do let us know.
