We’re thrilled that we are a finalist in the Incentive Awards 2024!
We have been shortlisted for the Best Technology Provider for our work in developing a Wellbeing app with the team at leading Hertfordshire based care provider Abbots Care.
Abbots Care were concerned that their frontline medical care providers were experiencing increased levels of fear, anxiety, isolation and vulnerability during Covid.
The Wellbeing app was designed to promote engagement with their remote care workers, increase the feeling of being supported, whilst rewarding good practice and recognising excellence in the face of working in exceedingly difficult circumstances.
Over 90% of staff use the app on a regular basis and we continue to roll out new features. 💥
