Join us for a Networking Afternoon and Cream Tea
We’re delighted to be taking part in the upcoming Networking Afternoon and Cream Tea for Workplace Wellbeing Champions & Experts. As a keynote speaker, Richard will be sharing his knowledge of developing desktop and mobile apps for supporting workplace wellbeing programmes.
Many employers are using workplace apps to encourage workers back into the workplace as well as ensuring home and field workers to stay in touch. The “Great Resignation” coupled with staff shortages means that employers are looking to retain workers. A carefully designed app can provide management information, health education and wellbeing advice that can help employers retain and attract staff and ensure employees are happier in their work place,
Richard will be talking through the process of how to plan and build a strategy for a successful app looking at the business analysis and steps needed to develop an app is delivered on time and on budget. He will examine the pitfalls to avoid and steps to take to ensure the app meets the needs of the end user. A successful app blends usability with a strong corporate identity. Using features to enable daily staff check-ins, knowledge sharing and staff recognition employers can help improve the wellbeing of team members and manage a happier and more motivated workforce.
The networking afternoon is taking place in the stunning Chelsea Physic Garden on Thursday 19 May from 1pm. Contact us to book your place.
