It struck us recently just how many of our clients stay with us for a number of years. Some have been with us since I started our business 26 years ago; some since they started their business and were looking for the first bit of support in setting up their systems. True, some stay with us for only a short period of time, but we then did a quick tot up and we figured out that 96% stay with us. That’s a huge retention rate.
It’s something that made me very proud and got me to thinking why. It’s probably for a number of reasons. We aren’t like your average IT company, we aren’t computer geeks and we take the time to build strong relationships with our clients. We don’t talk in IT jargon but take the time to investigate, sort and explain the solutions in a clear and understandable way.
We take the time to really understand our clients businesses, their staff and their goals. I believe that by forming a trusted partnership with our clients we become an integral part of their team.
We don’t simply sort a problem and then walk away onto the next thing that comes in. We strongly believe in providing open ended solutions that ensure business growth and improve profitability and productivity. After all, the right solution will save both time and money.
And as our clients grow their businesses we grow with them, providing them with solutions that will help them in the next stage of their journey.
