We read a great article the other day that made us think of the conversations we hold daily with our clients. Let me share the first paragraph with you:
“Disappointment occurs when expectations don’t match reality. And our expectations for software quality are profoundly unrealistic. Thus, lots of people are continuously disappointed — even enraged — by software bugs. They shouldn’t be.”
Whilst we often can’t do anything about those software bugs, the Brash Team loves to solve a problem and find solutions to work around all those annoying glitches that occur on a daily basis. In fact there is rarely a problem that with a little bit of research and testing we can’t solve.

So next time you hit an annoying bug, give it five minutes and marvel at what a miracle it is that anything as complex as a modern piece of software works at all! Have some sympathy for man and machine. And then, of course, give us a call!
