Oxbridge Flooring

Oxbridge Flooring approached us to discuss their IT Support. They had a few ongoing technical issues that they were struggling to fix with their current provider and were looking for some advice. Based close to our offices in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, Oxbridge approached us for our feedback on their IT set-up. Our initial feedback provided them with some honest no obligation or cost advice and opinion.


Robust IT Systems

Updated IT systems to introduce newer technology across the business. Use of Microsoft 365 to allow greater collaboration, the Internet lien and speed was increased, computers were updated to Windows 10, all with minimum disruption and at a speed that the client was comfortable with handling the change

Less Headaches

They were using different versions of Microsoft applications on different devices, with different licensing approaches. We quickly uniformed this, updated their computers out of hours and made everything easier for them to function with.

Responsive Support Team

After a serious outage struck during a time when the country was in lockdown, our team were onsite within an hour of the issue being reported and the site was backup and running shortly afterwards. We were praised for the no no nonsense, quick response to minimise downtime.
